Shipping Policy

We are delighted to offer free shipping within Norway on orders over 1000NOK.

Orders placed before 12:00 Norwegian time will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 will be dispatched the next working day.

Normal delivery time is 2-5 business days, depending on where in the country you live. Nevertheless, delivery times are estimates and are to be used as a guide only, and are based on a Monday - Friday working week. Delivery can take longer during peak holiday seasons. Heat Experience does not accept responsibility for delays incurred by courier companies.

As soon as your package has been prepared for shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that it may take a few hours for the tracking to become active.

Important!
Delivery address cannot be a P.O. Box. Please use your residential or business address. The package will be delivered to the nearest PostNord pickup location.

How do I pay for an order?

We offer Nets Easy, a smart checkout where you can choose to pay with a credit card, installment payments, invoice, or Vipps. It's a simple payment solution with great flexibility for you as a customer.

All payments and communication regarding payment must be made through the selected payment solution with Nets Easy. Invoices subsequently sent from Response Nordic and marked as paid should not be paid again to avoid double payment for your goods.

Warranty

We guarantee that the goods you have ordered are free from manufacturing defects for two years (from the date of delivery). If your product fails during the warranty period, please contact us by email (kundeservice@heatexperience.no). Customer service will provide you with information on how to proceed with your complaint.

The warranty is only valid if the product has been taken care of according to the user manuals recommendation when it comes to use, maintenance and charging of batteries.
 

What happens if i need to use my warranty?

You contact us through e-mail, chat, contact form or phone. We need you to take a picture of what`s wrong with the garment and send to us with an explanation. and we`ll change your whole garment, cover your local tailor bill or change parts of the garment (ex.the battery).

Where are your heated garments produced?

We work closely with a small selection of locally owned factories in China. We always spend time with our selected vendors on site in China to make sure the conditions in the factories, and the quality of the products are up to our standards. We use factories specialized in different segments. We have different factories for our gloves, insoles, knitwear, clothing and hardware chosen for their skillset, knowledge and track record in the different segements.

Lipscore Review System

At Heat Experience, we are constantly working on improving our product and services, so we have partnered up with LIPSCORE to obtain reviews & feedback from users of our product and services. Customers who have made a purchase from our webshop will receive an invitation from LIPSCORE to leave a review, about 1 month after their purchases.

This online store is part of a shared web platform that includes several brands represented in Norway by Response Nordic AS.
Your login information (username and password) will be stored in our customer database and provides you with the same login access to all our Norwegian brand-based online stores.
