Heat Experience will handle all personal information in the strictest confidence. We only collect information about you to process your order and will never pass any personal details or order details to any third party, other than for the specific purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, or consent to receiving promotional emails from us, we will send you product and services updates, promotional offers and other marketing communications based on the information we collect about you, such as your email address, general location, and purchase and website browsing history. If you at any stage would like to opt-out of this, simply click the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.

You have the right to view your personal details upon request. If they are wrong, incomplete, or irrelevant, you have the right to demand that the information is corrected. You have also the right to have you information deleted at your request.
